SamadRock Ltd is a private company registered in England and Wales. We develop industrial projects, provide consultancy and operational oversight under contract, and work with commercial partners and industrial operators in Egypt. We are not an investment firm: we do not offer investments, financial products or advice, and we do not raise capital from the public.
Our work is built on three pillars: local knowledge built through the group's engagement in the Egyptian market since 2016; international reach anchored in the United Kingdom; and operational discipline developed through hands-on industrial project work in Egypt.
We are not a brokerage and we do not arrange or promote investments. Where we work on a project, we do so as a developer, contracted consultant or operating partner, providing continuity, accountability and alignment of interest with the partners we work alongside.

Founded in London as a specialist advisory practice focusing on cross-border investment between the United Kingdom, Egypt and the wider MENA region. Built the foundational relationships and regional intelligence that would define all subsequent growth.
Established direct operational presence across Egypt's key industrial and economic regions. Began developing proprietary deal flow and sector expertise across mining, infrastructure and agricultural value chains.
Restructured from advisory into a diversified holdings group to accommodate growing operational activities and equity partnerships. Anise Holdings became the vehicle for accumulated industrial and commercial investments.
Formally incorporated SamadRock Ltd in England and Wales as the group's contracting and holding company. The name reflects both permanence and ambition, a foundation upon which industrial partnerships are built.
Launched netraTEC as the group's dedicated technology and digital transformation platform, and JOOM as the engineering and construction arm. The group expanded into enterprise software, industrial IoT and infrastructure management.
